I was introduced to the raw food diet in late ‘06 to early ‘07. I immediately loved the concept and wanted to learn more. Since then I have been on a journey to health and happiness through my diet and lifestyle.
In 2012, I decided to fully jump into a vegan “high raw foods” plant-based diet. After about 30 days, I decided to do a reset and complete an extended juice feast! I LOST 20 LBS IN 60 DAYS. Before I completed my juice fast, I had low energy, a weakened immune system, excess weight, little mental clarity, short-term memory, and uncontrollable cravings. I wanted to use the fast as an opportunity to give up foods that were not nourishing me.
After I completed my juice fast, not only did I lose 20 pounds, but I was told that I appeared to be reversing in age! I no longer had eczema, my skin glowed, and that youthful look in my face returned.”
